We are currently seeking a Chemical Compounder to join our dynamic Laboratory team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and have a passion for precision, safety, and quality, this is your opportunity to be a part of something extraordinary.
What You'll Do
- Accurately weigh, dispense, and blend raw materials and intermediates following detailed formulations and instructions.
- Operate mixing and compounding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and care of lab equipment and tools.
- Label containers and maintain accurate batch records using Excel and Data Ninja LIMS software.
- Move and handle 55-gallon drums and materials weighing up to 50 lbs using a barrel jack.
- Collaborate with team members and respond effectively to changing priorities and project timelines.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company safety guidelines.
- Assist in inventory counts and material tracking.
Who You Are
- You bring 1 year of experience in compounding, chemical handling, or laboratory environments.
- You're a hard worker with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to go above and beyond.
- You have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of integrity, trust, and respect.
- You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- You know your way around Microsoft Excel and are quick to learn new systems like Data Ninja.
