Prepares test articles, fixtures and data collection devices to perform various tests. Performs organic chemical conversion and paint preparation. Applies organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements. Works on complex components and systems using established drawings and requirements.

- Set up, and troubleshoot composite parts for assembly or layup

- Developing and revising documents and technical requirements
- Grind, drills and sands composite parts to precise dimensions
- Fabricating composite parts using hand lay-up techniques, using ply orientations in composite lay-ups as well as vacuum bagging laminates for oven/autoclave cures
