Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Intermediate - Technical - SECRET / DoD - DAI Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA (Hybrid) Clearance: Current and active Secret clearance required. Overview: Provides expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the subject matter. Serves as technical expert on executive level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills. Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious. Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated. Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. Develops advanced technical solutions to budget, accounting, audit, and security compliance issues and guides their development into a final product. Provides specific functional area skills (e.g., finance, accounting, logistics, audit, configuration management and operations research) services. Minimum Experience: Four (4) years' experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared services on an Oracle EBS R 12.2 platform. DAI preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels. Experience consulting on Federal / DoD projects Current and active SECRET security clearance.
