Overview

The Compliance Clerk is responsible for approving compliance on item/product set-ups. Verifies compliance documentation submitted by Suppliers.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Verify FL brand registrations and TTB COLAs from Workflow and Vintage Roll requests from Marketing Department
  • Review and process items on Workflow list daily
  • Review Supersession/Replacement Item Notifications daily
  • Communicate with Marketing Teams & Suppliers on changes or corrections to IRP and Workflow
  • Communicate with corporate item set up team regarding urgent item setups
  • Assist with Supplier setups
  • Review compliance for SGWS imports for all divisions
  • Assist suppliers with compliance set up and maintenance for Florida
  • Notify Marketing Team of items in Penalty Box including supplying the team with new items that need to be set up in WF and assisting in resolving the issue of the item placed in the Penalty Box
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating pivot tables, develop charts, and complex formulas
Physical Demands
  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
