Compliance/Architectural Administrator position for our Happy Trails community located in Surprise, AZ.
The
Compliance Administrator assists in the enforcement of the community's covenants by conducting community inspections within as well as assist with the architectural request process.

Qualifications: - A clean driving record

- Familiar with Microsoft Office products
Job Duties: - Learn the community's CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, and Design Guidelines
- Conduct drive through inspections
- Follow Board and/or Manager requests in regard to Compliance enforcement and Architectural process and procedures
