Location: Greenfield, IN (Hybrid: Onsite 2-3 days per week)
Position Overview This role provides administrative and compliance support within the Global Ethics & Compliance team. The
Compliance & Administrative Coordinator will assist with data entry, document management, and coordination of compliance-related tasks. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills who enjoy process-driven work and supporting corporate compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities: - Review and update compliance forms and documentation for accuracy.
- Track and manage compliance-related requests and reports.
- Maintain records of agreements and follow up with internal teams.
- Research and summarize information on compliance tools and best practices.
- Support documentation of corporate policies and internal processes.
- Assist in logging and tracking compliance issues and resolutions.
- Provide general administrative support for the Ethics & Compliance team.
Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent office experience).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organization and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred: - Interest or experience in corporate compliance or administrative coordination.
- Experience handling sensitive corporate documents.
- Exposure to corporate environments through internships or work experience.
Additional Information: - The role is based at headquarters in Greenfield, Indiana.
- The company plans to relocate to Indianapolis during the assignment.
- Hybrid work schedule: 2-3 days onsite per week.
