Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Seattle, WA (90 days on-site then hybrid 2 days WFH)
Experience Required: 4+ years (Complex & Commercial Litigation)
Salary Range: $75,000 $105,000 (DOE)

LHH is seeking an experienced Complex Litigation Paralegal to join our client's Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in complex and commercial litigation (no family law or personal injury), with demonstrated expertise in federal court procedures and, ideally, employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, court personnel, and vendors

  • Identify and interview witnesses and experts

  • Conduct case investigations and analyze relevant documents

  • Perform legal research and cite-checking

  • Coordinate with ESI vendors and manage document review and production

  • Organize, review, and summarize discovery materials

  • Prepare case materials and assist with trial and motion practice

  • Maintain organized electronic and physical case files

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of complex litigation paralegal experience (federal court required)

  • Strong research, writing, and proofreading skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks

  • Proficient in electronic discovery platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Note: Federal litigation experience is required. Experience in employment law is a plus. Family law and personal injury experience will not be considered for this role.



Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
