LHH is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our reputable client's legal team to lend support on matters involving complex commercial arbitration and litigation in state and federal courts.
What You'll Do
- Address disputes involving trade secrets, unfair competition, and restrictive covenant claims.
- Resolve business-critical customer and supplier disputes.
- Manage corporate governance and shareholder disputes.
- Handle post-acquisition disputes effectively.
- Promptly complete accurate filings in state and federal courts.
Who You Are
- Experienced paralegal with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Ability to work onsite at client's downtown Pittsburgh office is highly preferred
Pay Details: $60,000 - $80,000
