Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Collaborate with HR to develop compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent. (Benchmarking)
- Validate timecard accuracy for all hourly employees
- Support any and all customer/government payroll audits
- Oversight of tracking for specific compensation commitments to new staff
- Analyze payroll data and prepare reports to support financial and operational decision-making.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
- Oversight of new employee benefit registration
- Oversee annual enrollment
- Annual 5500 Reports, 1095-A Reporting
- Analyze payroll data and prepare reports to support financial and operational decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for processing efficiency improvements
- Additional Duties as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, regulation and benefits.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate data management.
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Those with Prime Point experience will be given preference.
