Sr. Compensation Analyst - Responsibilities
- Lead the submission and analysis of compensation surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with the parent company's compensation team on ongoing programs and best practices.
- Coordinate employee changes and compensation administration within the Workday system.
- Analyze market-based compensation data and trends to inform compensation strategies.
- Manage all administrative aspects of the long-term incentive (LTI) program in partnership with third-party administrators and internal stakeholders.
- Support year-end compensation planning, including merit increases, bonuses, and LTI efforts.
- Develop and update educational materials related to recognition and reward programs.
- Perform ad hoc reporting for HR and business units, including compensation history and related metrics.
- Identify and address emerging compensation trends within the asset management industry.
- Assist in the design and administration of sales compensation plans.
- Partner with business units and HR Business Partners to analyze and align salary and incentive programs with market conditions and business objectives.
- Conduct competitive analyses to maintain the integrity of compensation structures.
- Coordinate annual pay equity analyses.
- Maintain a database of HR responses to RFP requests and coordinate with the RFP team as needed.
Sr. Compensation Analyst - Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in broad-based or sales compensation.
- Proficiency with Workday is required.
- Experience in the asset management industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to build trust and confidence.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results effectively.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of regulations and issues impacting compensation.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Schedule:
Hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday; remote work on Monday and Friday; flexible start and end times.
