POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the development, administration, and maintenance of all University Health compensation programs. Performs market pricing and compensation benchmarking analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Conducts position and pay equity reviews, and provides recommendations for compensation adjustments in alignment with organizational strategy and policy.
Administers the position control system, processes position modifications, opens new positions, and monitors position requests to ensure timely and accurate processing. Assists in compensation-related projects, job evaluations, and pay structure development. Collaborates with departments to resolve compensation-related issues and ensures consistent application of compensation policies. Supports the development and maintenance of job descriptions and maintains compensation data integrity.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred. Three years of recent progressive experience in compensation preferred. PeopleSoft experience is preferred.
