POSITION SUMMARY:
Our client's Corporate Compensation team is growing and is currently seeking a Compensation Analyst focused on incentive pay. This role will support the Director-Incentive Pay and Systems and will be actively involved in our incentive programs, including bonus, commission and variable pay plans. This role will perform regular analysis on all incentive programs and proactively research and identify market trends related to variable compensation.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct routine analysis on bonus, commission and incentive pay programs and present findings to department leadership
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the activity and use of incentive pay
• Research and identify market trends related to variable compensation and incentive pay
• Assist in the design of incentive pay programs that properly reward our associates
• Lead processes that support the formal and discretionary awards administration
• Evaluate pay processes and implement process improvement solutions
• Provide support to special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of compensation or analyst experience required
• Experience specifically with variable pay plans or bonus and commission plans is strongly preferred
• General understanding of compensation practices and pay laws and regulations
• Knowledge of compensation systems, preferably Oracle
• Intermediate Excel skills required, Access and PowerPoint preferred.

Compensation:
$60-72K
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
