Role: Compensation Analyst
Location: Hybrid (300 Admiral Nelson Drive, Malvern, PA 19355)
Duration: 18 months
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct job evaluations, salary reviews, and market benchmarking
Support compensation processes in Workday (e.g., year-end compensation, job change analyses).
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
Collaborate with Compensation Consultants and business leaders to resolve policy-related issues.
Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in compensation analysis or related HR/finance roles.
Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency; Workday experience is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
