Roles & Responsibilities

Salary Survey Submission:
Track all global surveys and provide guidance on backup to other regions as necessary
Assist in the implementation of a compensation tool, including configuring customized settings to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
Perform job evaluation and pricing requests using general and industry-specific competitive market data
Provide administrative support related to our Compensation and Recognition program such as monitoring the Compensation and Rewards inbox, liaising with Accounting to validate accuracy of cost allocations, completing ad-hoc reporting requests, developing Retention letters, etc.
Provide counsel as needed to Human Resources colleagues on compensation issues; respond to questions applying high customer satisfaction standards
Provide support during the annual bonus and merit cycle to include various data analyses and maintenance of internal templates.
Participate as a project member in projects that may arise during the year such as Career Framework
Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures
Maintain knowledge of global compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance

Min. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Finance or related field (preferred)
3 years of progressive experience in total rewards/compensation
