About the Position:Cuenca Solutions is assisting a local McDonald's franchise in hiring a Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team in Johnston County and the Dunn area. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic kitchen maintenance, equipment repairs, and troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. This position requires availability for on-call and rotating weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment such as grills, fryers, ice machines, coffee/espresso machines, coolers, freezers, and ice makers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Use hand and power tools for carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
- Follow OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Report maintenance activities and issues to management.
Technical Skills Required:- Equipment maintenance and repair
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Preventative maintenance procedures
- General carpentry and painting
- Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Attendance at AVO classes and other required training to obtain certifications.

Other Requirements:- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if travel between locations is required)
- Previous experience in restaurant or fast-food maintenance preferred
