As the Community Specialist, you will

  • Coordinate and provide support for tasks, projects, and meetings for the Creator & Community relations team.
  • Maintain policy documentation and support various programs that support the community
  • Learn new tools to manage email campaigns that engage our community
  • Analyze and leverage data to drive and inform critical business decisions
  • Travel occasionally to represent at in-person conferences
  • Act as a trusted voice of the community to our leaders in Product, Anti-Fraud, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, and other internal teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or similar
  • 1+ years of experience in working with creators, publishers or literary agencies, preferably within audio, television, film, music or other comparable area
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage projects and competing priorities
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively in high-energy, rapidly evolving organization
  • Up to date with emerging trends on social, passionate about building online communities
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong acumen with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Broad awareness of popular culture across media types
  • A positive attitude and sense of empathy
  • Passionate about books, audiobooks and indie publishing
  • Strong familiarity with our creators, and our community
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
