As the Community Specialist, you will
- Coordinate and provide support for tasks, projects, and meetings for the Creator & Community relations team.
- Maintain policy documentation and support various programs that support the community
- Learn new tools to manage email campaigns that engage our community
- Analyze and leverage data to drive and inform critical business decisions
- Travel occasionally to represent at in-person conferences
- Act as a trusted voice of the community to our leaders in Product, Anti-Fraud, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, and other internal teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or similar
- 1+ years of experience in working with creators, publishers or literary agencies, preferably within audio, television, film, music or other comparable area
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage projects and competing priorities
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in high-energy, rapidly evolving organization
- Up to date with emerging trends on social, passionate about building online communities
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong acumen with Excel and PowerPoint
- Broad awareness of popular culture across media types
- A positive attitude and sense of empathy
- Passionate about books, audiobooks and indie publishing
- Strong familiarity with our creators, and our community
- Bi-lingual is a plus
