POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Services Administrator is responsible for the administration of all community services departments (including PBIS, ILST, CIC, SC). This includes overseeing the clinical team and ensuring timely completion of required documents and monthly supervisions. The Community Services Administrator is also responsible for providing guidance and direction to the Clinical Team, as well as ensuring proper staffing for each department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have strong Administrative skills, and a minimum of a Master's Degree plus 3+ years of supervisory experience.
In addition, the Administrator of all the community services must possess three to five years related work experience in the field of disability and/or health care
Ability to effectively oversee, coordinate, and administer all daily operations of service areas
Ability to manage and provide supervision to all community field staff employees
Ability to exercise good judgment, solve complex problems, and work with minimal level of supervision
Knowledge of computer software i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and able to learn other software programs used to administer programs
Ability to represent RES Home Care in a professional manner to external entities, including RRDC, Provider Agencies, Participant and Families
