In this role, you will:

  • Create and implement strategies to maximize program awareness, participant sign-ups, and overall sales growth in local communities

  • Develop partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community hubs to expand program reach and sales opportunities

  • Train team members on program guidelines, sales techniques, and effective communication strategies to ensure success

  • Monitor enrollment processes to ensure all program requirements and regulations are met, while maintaining high standards in sales performance

  • Analyze data, enrollment metrics, and community feedback to refine outreach and sales strategies

  • Leadership Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in sales, outreach, or customer service
