In this role, you will:

Create and implement strategies to maximize program awareness, participant sign-ups, and overall sales growth in local communities

Develop partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community hubs to expand program reach and sales opportunities

Train team members on program guidelines, sales techniques, and effective communication strategies to ensure success

Monitor enrollment processes to ensure all program requirements and regulations are met, while maintaining high standards in sales performance
