Overview: The Internal Director of Sales (Community Relations Director) is responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and revenue potential by attracting qualified prospects through outreach, inquiries, tours, and sales initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales standards
- Maintain or grow resident occupancy to maximum levels
- Partner with department heads and the Executive Director to conduct tours and host marketing events
- Follow up on leads and document activities
- Ensure a strong first impression of the community
- Train and engage staff in the sales process
- Build professional relationships and community connections
