Overview: The Internal Director of Sales (Community Relations Director) is responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and revenue potential by attracting qualified prospects through outreach, inquiries, tours, and sales initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales standards
  • Maintain or grow resident occupancy to maximum levels
  • Partner with department heads and the Executive Director to conduct tours and host marketing events
  • Follow up on leads and document activities
  • Ensure a strong first impression of the community
  • Train and engage staff in the sales process
  • Build professional relationships and community connections
