1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to fund new programs, targeting local individuals, businesses, faith organizations and other community groups. 3. Participate in development-related functions including marketing, design/preparation of print materials, and other types of collateral for donors/funders. 4. Maintain the electronic database (Salsa) with all account activity, from prospecting through stewardship. 5. Developing communication materials to showcase program outcomes or success to potential stakeholders. 6. Document Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri programs and events by photograph and video. 7. Assist in creating and editing monthly e-newsletters. 8. Write and edit content for Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri website. 9. Develop a list of community "stakeholders" and potential "stakeholders" who need to know our story. 10. Prepare appropriate materials and strategies to "tell your story" and adapt them according to the audience and their interests. 11. Research potential grant-making foundation and government agencies so that we know who they are and what they are interested in funding. -$15,000 cash and in-kind resources will be raised utilizing systems and opportunities identified by each Vista member. 12. In collaboration with the Event Coordinator and Program Coordinators, plan and execute community engagement activities

Member Duties : This position will be responsible for creating, documenting and implementing plans for donor engagement, tracking and recognition to increase the overall donor experience and commitment to Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri's mission. This position will build the capacity of the organization and the ability to serve more low-income individuals through the development of marketing materials for our diverse groups of target constituents. In addition, this VISTA position will assist Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri in its upcoming capital campaign and fundraising needs by creating targeted communications to prospective donors
