The Community Outreach Manager is a dynamic role focused on social media management, internal communication, campaign analysis, and customer onboarding improvement but also emphasizes customer engagement and business development.

Essential Functions
  • Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement. This includes creating memorable experiences for customers, such as organizing events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.
  • Assisting the business development team with prospecting strategies and implementation is crucial. This includes leveraging data-driven prospecting techniques, identifying key data sources, and employing analytical tools such as CRM systems and predictive analytics.
  • Promoting company and employee milestones on LinkedIn and Facebook, as well as announcing new partnerships, remains a key responsibility. This includes creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media performance.
  • Supporting internal communication efforts to ensure that employees are informed and engaged. Working with Human Resources, Education and the Strategic Communication Committee to create resources such as newsletters, managing internal social media channels, and organizing company-wide announcements.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of social media campaigns for existing customers and tracking progress. This includes using tools to monitor competitor activity, identify trends, and personalize content.
  • Enhancing the onboarding experience for customers and creating memorable moments. This involves developing strategies to welcome new customers, providing them with the necessary information, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Establish and maintain key community relationships through vendors, venues, non-profit requests, area chambers, county entities and all customers attending events.
  • Reports successes monthly to the Richwood Bank Board of Directors.
  • Ensures work completed is accurate and appropriate. Verifies and validates all data to confirm accuracy and reliability. Paying close attention to details of all information received and entered.

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred
  • Prior experience in banking required
