Responsibilities of the Community Engagement Associate:
- Work in residential areas with customers to present and sell our clients products and services, such as wireless devices and the latest technologies
- Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics
- Offer the best customer experience as you acquire a strong knowledge of the client's products and competitors.
- Identify and close sales opportunities effectively
- Gather the necessary customer information needed to provide a custom package based on their wireless lifestyle
