We are seeking a reliable, professional, and proactive Community Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring the space runs smoothly while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and community-focused environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting day-to-day operations with a strong emphasis on customer service, hospitality, facilities coordination, and event support. You'll help foster a vibrant, collaborative atmosphere by assisting in the planning of engaging events and building meaningful connections among our members in a thriving co-working office.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Background in hospitality is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
