Our client, a co-working space in Washington, DC, has a need for direct-hire Community Manager to join and lead their on-site team.
About the Job:
- Provide high-level customer service and support to all customers.
- Support the leasing team through conducting tours of the space and answering questions for prospective customers with a goal to grow and maintain occupancy.
- Responsible for budget management including the PNL and tracking all expenses.
- Create and execute community events to build relationships with customers and foster an engaging environment.
- Serve as the contact for all external vendors as needed.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience within a co-working space is preferred.
- Previous experience with office operations and budgets is required.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Customer service attitude with a drive to create an engaging environment for customers.
- Ability to work on-site 5x/week n Washington, DC.
Compensation and benefits:
- $75K-$85K, depending on experience.
