QualificationsRequirements and Expectations - Committed to exceling with a growing and thriving Property Management Company
- Ability to motivate others and develop them to succeed
- Positive attitude with excellent people skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn specialized software
- Exceptional customer service abilities, and the ability to communicate using clear, professional language
- Learn and comply with industry legal requirements, including federal and local Fair Housing Laws
- Work both individually and on a team to maximize occupancy and achieve owner goals
- Provide and exceptional living experience to our residents
- Provide and exceptional working environment to our associates
- Maintain detailed, accurate and confidential records
- Timely and accurate submission of required reports and all other required operational items
- Perform site inspections routinely
- Supervise day to day maintenance operations
- Creative and strategic approach in overseeing all aspects of property.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- 3+ years of Multifamily Housing experience required
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role
- Must be available to work Saturdays
