Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential property. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for creating a positive living experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering outstanding customer service
- Manage all incoming communications, including calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and other rental documentation
- Collect rent payments and deposits in a timely and organized manner
- Handle resident concerns and service requests promptly and professionally
- Identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction and property operations
- Maintain accurate records and process administrative forms, reports, and documents
- Conduct leasing activities using effective sales and telephone techniques
- Manage delinquencies, issue late notices, and coordinate the eviction process as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, leasing, or related customer service field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general tech tools
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Valid driver's license required
