Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining community relations, addressing and resolving resident concerns, overseeing community events, and ensuring compliance with community regulations. The role involves coordinating and communicating with residents, board members, vendors, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Community Manager will manage budgets, prepare reports, and implement community initiatives and improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in community association management and resident relations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to oversee community projects and assist developers
- Proficiency in budget management and report preparation
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and community management software
- Experience with Vantaca and Strong Room is a plus
- Knowledge of community association laws and regulations, including Texas Property Code
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred
- CMCA certification or industry related credentials preferred
