Job Summary:
We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee and manage the online presence of our organization. The Community Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase engagement, build relationships, and grow our online community.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and community management tools
- Ability to analyze and interpret community metrics
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our online community
- Manage and moderate online community platforms, including social media channels and forums
- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and newsletters
- Monitor and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and comments in a timely manner
- Analyze community metrics to measure the success of engagement strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align community initiatives with overall marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management
