We are hiring Community Maintenance Technicians for a local property in Gordonsville.
$18-$25/hour Depending on Experience
Must work weekends.
The duties of this position may include:
- Building and grounds maintenance
- HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical knowledge
- Power washing
- Keeping the property clean, free of debris
- Other tasks as assigned
