Objective:
This multifaceted role combines responsibilities as a receptionist, social media support, event space coordinator, and tenant event engagement specialist. This role involves being the welcoming face of our company, social media strategy, managing external event space, all while contributing to Catalyst brand's presence and ensuring exceptional experiences for our tenants and visitors.

What You Will Do
  • Greet visitors, tenants, members with a warm, professional demeanor and provide assistance where needed.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handing mail and deliveries.
  • Support the Community Manager in administering various social media platforms and other marketing efforts in the promotion of properties.
  • Aid in developing engaging and relevant content for the social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns that align the with the brand.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the smooth execution of events.
  • Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements in combination with the Community Manager.
  • Staff event space during events, when necessary.
  • Provide access and technical assistance for building Wi-Fi network and teleconferencing equipment, including AV equipment for the Event Space.
  • Building and maintain relationships with tenants, understanding their needs and preferences to enhance their experience and communicate this information
  • Report maintenance or cleanliness issues to the appropriate team member or vendor.
  • All other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and successful related experience.
  • Sales and Marketing experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions in the ever-changing industry.
  • Strong social media engagement and proficiency.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Must possess both a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to The Lund Company's excess liability insurance carrier.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office required (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
  • Ability to relate well with others in various settings (phone, email, in person, etc).
  • Ability to utilize web-based CRM and event management software.
  • Experience with various social media platforms to include, but not be limited to, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends.
