Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week), with opportunity to transition to Full-Time after a trial period


Compensation: $25-35/hour (Part-Time Rate) - commensurate with experience


KiTbetter is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Community & Digital Marketing Manager who loves writing, creating engaging content, managing digital ads, and interacting with communities across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, and beyond. You'll represent the voice of KiTbetter, directly connecting with fans, fostering vibrant online relationships, and ensuring our presence aligns seamlessly with our brand identity.


About KiTalbum:

KiTalbum is an innovative hybrid music format that combines the physical experience of collectible music merchandise with digital content. Each KiTalbum includes exclusive content such as high-quality audio, photos, videos, and interactive fan features, delivering a unique multi-sensory experience for music lovers and collectors.


Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and engage proactively with our audience on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord, responding promptly and thoughtfully to messages and comments.
  • Create and share engaging community updates, manage interactive Q&A sessions, and repost relevant tagged content.
  • Maintain an authentic, consistent, and positive brand voice in all communications.

Content Creation & User-Generated Content (UGC) Management:

  • Write compelling content and identify creators generating engaging KiTalbum-related content, obtaining permissions, and managing content assets.
  • Maintain a well-organized and accessible database of approved UGC and original content.

Influencer Outreach & Collaboration:

  • Curate and maintain relationships with influencers who organically engage with KiTbetter or show interest in partnerships.
  • Collaborate internally to initiate and manage influencer campaigns and partnerships.

Paid Media & Advertising:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social platforms to amplify community engagement and brand awareness.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to inform strategy and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Platform Expansion:

  • Support future initiatives, including launching and moderating community spaces on platforms such as Discord, ensuring alignment with KiTbetter's strategic objectives.

Brand Consistency & Knowledge Management:

  • Consistently apply KiTbetter's brand guidelines across all content and interactions.
  • Stay updated on FAQs, product information, and messaging standards to deliver accurate and engaging responses.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in community management, content creation, and digital ad buying, ideally within entertainment, music, or digital media sectors.
  • Passionate about writing, content creation, and social media engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord.
  • Proficiency with social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting engaging, clear, and brand-consistent messages.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong skills in managing databases and tracking content and influencer relations.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to community building and audience engagement.
