Key Areas of Responsibility:


Community Engagement & Hospitality

Welcome guests and manage check-in experience

Provide a warm level of hospitality while greeting members and guests at the concierge desk

Support member & guest inquiries in person and through 8x8, intercom, and email

Assist with getting members acclimated to the facility

Drive member reviews through Yelp, Google, and industry sites

Process mail and deliveries through the Spheremail platform


Technical Operations

Troubleshoot and support guests with AV systems in conference rooms

Learn to leverage AI tools to streamline and automate processes wherever possible


Event Management

Assist in the coordination and execution of member events

Manage space setup/breakdown and AV needs

Track attendance and feedback

Have a flexible schedule to support evening/weekend events as needed


Administrative

Keep the kitchen stocked & running efficiently throughout the day

Manage stocking and support the reordering of supplies in coworking & amenity spaces

Help maintain cleanliness of common areas


Required Skills & Experience

2+ years customer service experience

Event coordination experience or willingness to learn

Ability to assist with basic conference room AV support

Strong written and verbal communication

Strong ability to work cross collaboratively with multiple teams

Flexible schedule to support member events in the evenings & weekends as needed

Startup mindset with the adaptability to wear many hats and an eagerness to jump into support the team where needed

Physical ability to move furniture/equipment up to 50 lbs


This fully onsite role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our community's experience while developing skills in business development, operations, and hospitality. You'll work closely with our leadership team to grow, shape, and enhance our community.
