Job Description - Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist community members with reservations for events, spaces, or programs
- Collaborate with nonprofit organizations and community partners to support programming and services
- Handle financial transactions, including collecting fees and accurately reporting money
- Assist in the coordination, setup, and execution of events and activities held at the Community Center
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for all visitors and community members
After receiving a conditional offer of employment, applicant must pass a drug screen (1/2 cost = $20.00, responsibility of applicant) and may need a physical agility test (1/2 cost = $22.50, responsibility of applicant) before becoming an employee of Montgomery County.
