Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and uphold community standards.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance.
  • Guide Board Members on best practices.
  • Assist with budget oversight and preparation.
  • Attend monthly Board meetings and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide timely, courteous responses to homeowner requests.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of HOA management experience (CMCA or CCAM preferred).
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proficient with technology and management software.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service.
