Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and uphold community standards.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance.
- Guide Board Members on best practices.
- Assist with budget oversight and preparation.
- Attend monthly Board meetings and maintain accurate records.
- Provide timely, courteous responses to homeowner requests.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of HOA management experience (CMCA or CCAM preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of accountability.
- Proficient with technology and management software.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service.
