Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include interacting with the HOA Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors for several communities. To be considered, Manager Candidates must have experience with the following:


  • Answering resident concerns
  • Communicating with the community, including informational emails and updating websites
  • Monitoring homeowner compliance with HOA rules
  • Soliciting bids and managing vendor contracts
  • Monitoring community financials
  • Creating community budgets
  • Attending and facilitating Board and Community Meetings
  • Providing suggestions and recommendations for community enhancements to the Board

Qualifications

To be considered, Manager Candidates will be expected to possess the following:


  • 2+ years of experience managing HOAs
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to remain composed in stressful situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Experience dealing with vendors and contractors a plus
  • Experience with CINC a plus

Bachelor's degree or higher

CAI training and certifications a plus
