Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of webinars and communication initiatives. This individual will act as a liaison between various internal teams and leadership, ensuring seamless event logistics, clear messaging, and insightful post-event reporting. This is a strategic communications and stakeholder-focused role with a heavy emphasis on live webinar facilitation and executive engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage large-scale internal and external webinars, from concept to execution.
  • Partner with executive leadership, department heads, and stakeholders to coordinate attendance, messaging, and follow-up.
  • Draft and send event invitations, reminders, and follow-ups using appropriate communication tools.
  • Own event logistics, including scheduling, calendar management, and platform setup (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, etc.).
  • Develop presentation decks, talking points, and scripts in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track attendance, collect feedback, and provide metrics and executive-level reporting post-event.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all communication materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal communications to promote initiatives and align strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, or events management, preferably in a finance or fintech environment.
  • Proven experience managing and hosting webinars, town halls, or executive virtual events.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and audience engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with executive leadership teams.
  • Proficient in webinar and communication platforms such as Zoom Webinars, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience coordinating and facilitating live virtual events.
  • Comfortable analyzing and reporting on event data and stakeholder engagement metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
