Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Communications Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both internal and external communications for the company. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute communication strategies that enhance our brand, engage stakeholders, and support business growth.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to support company goals
- Manage external communications, including press releases, media outreach, and public relations efforts
- Oversee internal communications to ensure consistent and effective messaging across departments
- Draft and edit company communications such as newsletters, emails, and presentations
- Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings
- Monitor media coverage and track company reputation
- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries from the public and media
- Ensure alignment of communication efforts with company values and objectives

Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinking with the ability to adapt to various communication channels
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
