We are looking for a Communications & Marketing Intern to join our team. You will help develop and craft compelling corporate messaging, content, and social media copy, along with internal communications efforts. Working with a variety of stakeholders across the Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Enablement teams, you will play a key role in helping our Communications team achieve our strategic business goals. This position will focus on all activities that touch internal and external communications and corporate marketing and will report to the Communications Lead. We are primarily looking for students graduating in the Spring/Summer of 2025/2026. Our internship program will run from June 3, 2025, to August 29th, 2025. NYC-based preferred with 1-2 days a week in office, but remote option available for the right candidate.
What You'll Do - Assist in day-to-day Communications duties such as drafting copy for press releases, customer case studies, social campaigns, and blog content.
- Support and contribute to Public Relations and Brand efforts, including external agency work streams.
- Research and evaluate industry trends, competitors and target audiences to help evolve Communications and Marketing content across platforms.
- Work closely with our Art Director to brainstorm and develop new social media assets and graphics.
- Help manage, plan and maintain social content across platforms. Collaborate closely with members of the Product Marketing team to support product messaging on website and social channels.
- Assist in developing strategic campaigns and thought leadership content.
- Track goals around social media performance and develop creative practices to support key company metrics.
- Develop familiarity using tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce, LinkedIn and Instagram
What We Expect from You - Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program preferably in Public Relations and Communications, Marketing, Business or related programs.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized and self-starter.
- Knowledge and/or strong grasp on social media tools and strategies on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook.
- Ability to work successfully, in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Analytical skills with ability to analyze data from several sources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).
- Desire to work in the software or technology industry or B2B experience.

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Compensation for this role is paid an hourly rate of $29 per hour.
