Communications & Events Coordinator.


Works closely with appropriate team members to create, manage, and coordinate strategic media and public relations programs and/or events.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or related field.


• Four or more years related experience or equivalent.


• Experience in copywriting and editing. Proficient command of English.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.


• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.


• Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with video chat platforms, including MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and others.


• Comprehension of basics associated with InDesign and Adobe Acrobat DC. Additional design related knowledge or experience preferred. Tasks:


• Develop and implement communication strategies that promote the company's mission, values, and objectives. Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency and technical accuracy in the company's message. Efforts should build customer loyalty and brand awareness.


• Collaborate with designers and other departments to create attractive and informative marketing communications. Role is towards the communication aspects of such products, not the visual aspect, but there is potential for light overlap.


• Plan and coordinate all event, conference, and trade show activities; press, customer, and sales events; and other events as assigned.

Collaborate with applicable team members to arrange design/layout and needed materials. Manage set-up and tear-down, sourcing and procuring supplies/decorations, and addressing potential problems that may arise. Responsible for ensuring the outcome; full discretion in determining how this is achieved.


• Maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events. Events may include tradeshows, in-house trainings or holiday events, customer visits, distributor held events, or special events like golf tournaments.


• Attend events as needed to promote the company's public image and assure event success. Promote these events before or after as appropriate through email, social media, posters, flyers, and/or others.
• Coordinate employee-relations activities and programs that promote positive labor relations.
• Proactively research events and opportunities that ARI should consider pursuing. Events may be in-house or external, for staff and/or for guests. Present details to management for evaluation of ROI.


• Monitor sales partner pages for correct brand representation.


• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues.


• Keep up with new products and services that might be available; this might include attending workshops or marketing-specific tradeshows.


• Print and distribute the certificates and envelopes associated with training events. Update files that record the list of attendees. Maintain materials supply.
• Print, stamp, frame, and mail certificates associated with Authorized Partners relationships. Update files that record what has been issued and when. Maintain materials supply.
• Responsible for survey programs and the associated results analysis. This tool is primarily used at the end of trainings for event feedback, but use may expand as time goes on.


• Generate and release regular press releases in partnership with external agency.


• Arrange for adverts and articles to be publicized in print and digital publications, emails, mailers, and other platforms in partnership with external agency.


• Monitor and keep current all digital communication content, including business information sites (like Google Business, Yelp, and others), database listings (like ShipServ, MNI, and others), and social media sites (like Facebook, LinkedIn, and others).


• Collaborate with external agency and/or creative team to create social media content and publish content based on a schedule.


• Track the performance of social media campaigns using data analytics and perform ROI analysis. Track customer engagement to optimize campaign content/direction.


• Expand current digital communication platforms by adding others (like Wikipedia, Pinterest, X/Twitter, and others.)


• Engage with distributors and other social media users by reposting, liking, commenting, and responding to comments or messages. Boost chosen posts through paid services that increase viewings.


• Keep up with technologies used in social media, and the various ways social media posts must adapt to new or evolving metrics Skills:
