POSITION SUMMARY: The Commissions Analyst plays a crucial role in the financial operations of the organization by calculating and preparing solar commission statements. This position involves direct communication with sales representatives and managers regarding commission inquiries and issues. The analyst is responsible for reconciling travel debts, advances, clawbacks, and managing sales representative housing debts. The role requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment, particularly in debt collection and exception handling related to commission calculations. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, basic mathematical proficiency, and experience with Excel. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and while prior experience in a related field is a plus, it is not mandatory as training will be provided. The position demands the ability to work in an office environment for extended periods and may require business travel, necessitating a valid driver's license and insurance. Overall, the Commissions Analyst contributes to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the sales team effectively.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Experience in related a plus but not required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of how to operate a computer Basic understanding and competency in math Experience working in Excel
