Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate, located in San Antonio, TX with some work-from-home flexibility. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making sales calls, meeting with clients, preparing sales presentations, and closing sales. The individual will also need to track sales metrics, follow up with clients, and work closely with the sales team to achieve better results.
Qualifications
- Experience in identifying potential clients and making sales calls
- Ability to prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and close sales
- Skills in tracking sales metrics and following up with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the sales team
- Previous experience in a commission-based sales role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
