The Role: Sales Manager (Commission-Only)


We're hiring 4 driven Sales Managers to lead new business growth. This is an individual contributor role-ideal for those who don't need hand-holding, and who are ready to build their own pipeline, sales funnel, and pitchbook from day one.

The ideal candidate will be uber confident in their communication and will believe they can generate immense sales to targeted new clients.

You'll be working across eCommerce, software, and outsourcing solutions as well as services, targeting clients in the USA, UK and collaborating with teams in both the UK and India.


About the Role

This is your chance to take ownership of a strategic sales role-with the potential to build and lead your own sales team in the near future. As Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our expansion into new markets, helping clients solve complex problems with innovative digital solutions.


You Must Have (Non-Negotiable, must have Requirements):

Fluent, confident English communication skills

Sales experience in software, digital, eCommerce, or outsourcing

Understanding of US business etiquette and client expectations

Proficiency with digital tools and virtual collaboration platforms

Strong presentation and proposal writing skills

Experience in handling US and UK client calls, including understanding accents

Punctuality, time management, and professionalism

Minimum education: A Bachelor's degree from a good university


Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify, reach, engage, and close new clients across the USA and UK
  • Build and maintain a healthy, qualified, high value sales pipeline
  • Cold calling, email marketing/ campaigning, research and other ways to generate leads
  • Tailor and deliver compelling sales presentations and demos
  • Liaise with technical teams across UK & India for smooth delivery
  • Create and maintain a pitchbook and outreach templates
  • Contribute to strategic sales planning and market outreach

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 100% Commission-Based (No Base Salary)
