As a Commercial / Sales Strategic Planning Intern, you'll analyze market trends and provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth. You'll have the opportunity to work on high impact projects, develop strategic recommendations, and contribute to the success of our team.

Main Accountabilities
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for the sales leadership team.

  • Help identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.

  • Support in analyzing market trends and competitor activities.

  • Help the team in brainstorming and refining sales strategies.

  • Research and evaluate new sales tools and techniques to enhance the sales team's productivity.

  • Assist in the creation of training materials and resources for the sales team.

  • Assist in evaluating current sales processes and identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies; Suggest improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Gather insights from market reports and customer surveys to inform sales strategies.

  • Assist with coordinating and tracking the progress of ongoing sales projects. Help in maintaining project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Currently pursuing a degree Business, Marketing, or Sales at a Sophomore level or higher
  • A basic understanding of sales processes, strategies, and terminology is a plus but not required
  • Natural project manager with extremely strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and manage complex projects / initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills - strong ability to prepare presentations and present findings; ability to distill complex information into a clear and concise story
  • Strong ability to analyze data and create actionable insights
  • Must be proactive and motivated to take ownership of tasks and demonstrates a can-do attitude and eagerness to contribute.
  • Proficient in MS Office and tech savvy to pick up quickly on other programs
