What You'll Do

As a Commercial Roofing Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the company to prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on selling roofing services to decision-makers in commercial settings-think building owners, facility managers, and property management executives.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Conducting site visits and assessments (2-3 per day).

  • Performing roof inspections and documenting conditions.

  • Generating new leads and expanding your territory.

  • Managing existing client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.

  • Collaborating with internal leadership on strategic goals and sales initiatives.

  • Maintaining accurate records in the company CRM system.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficient with digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

  • Previous B2B sales experience strongly preferred, especially in HVAC, facilities, or real estate services.

  • Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and dependable transportation.

  • Experience with roofing-specific CRM platforms a plus.

Schedule & Location
