Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Understand and contribute to strategies that align with our asset management goals.
- Full Cycle Leasing Management: Own the complete leasing process-from prospecting and negotiating proposals to drafting and finalizing leases.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with existing tenants, ensuring their needs are met and securing high renewal rates.
- Market Expertise: Utilize your keen understanding of market dynamics, sales comparisons, and traffic trends to make informed leasing decisions.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with property management, marketing, and legal teams to ensure successful tenant openings and satisfaction.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in retail leasing, with a proven track record of managing multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required; experience in North American shopping centers is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing software (Yardi preferred), alongside strong negotiation and communication skills.

Salary Range on a base $75,000-$80,000 plus bonus and commission structure, excellent health benefits and 401K with match. We are onsite in Buena Park, CA.
