E.V. Bishoff Company is hiring a Commercial/Residential Leasing Administrator who will have a unique opportunity to learn from our experienced Leasing Manager with deep knowledge ( over 38 years ) of the company's processes and leasing practices. This mentorship is an ideal environment for someone looking to grow in the leasing and administrative field and step into a more senior role.

Requirements:
The right candidate will be someone who is proactive, highly organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks all while contributing to the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Experience in the leasing process is required.
Duties include but not limited to:
• All aspects of Lease documentation from writing leases to processing signatures via HelloSign.
• Tracking leasing activity - leases coming up for renewal, move-outs, move-ins, etc.
• Manage the process of producing timely and accurate client reports and services.
• Point of contact for most aspects of the Tenant relationship.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve moderately complex issues whether or not in existing systems and workflows.
• Running background and credit checks for potential tenants.
• Financial management, managing security deposits, and check processing.
• Processing and posting receipts and payments.
• Running various reports relating to both legal and leasing.
• Billing management, including utilities.
• Track Account Executive performance via their scorecard and calculate quarterly bonuses.
• Various general office tasks such as data management, creating and maintaining files, managing employee parking in all four cities.
Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Must be able to work independently and utilize creative problem-solving.
• Extensive organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and a strong inquisitive approach.
• Excellent time management.
• Detail-oriented mindset - meticulous attention to detail is vital.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Must have advanced math skills to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, etc.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel (or SmartSheet), Outlook, etc.
• Experience with AppFolio is preferred.
Rate:
$26 per hour
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm in our downtown Columbus office
