Job Description:

As a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, you'll provide legal counsel and representation to clients in commercial real estate matters. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting contracts, negotiating agreements, and advising on acquisitions, leasing, and development projects.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the state bar
5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Knowledge of real estate finance, development, and leasing principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
