LHH is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Charleston, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have real estate background with experience in commercial closings, preparing closing docs, and some title/survey work. This is a fully onsite position in Charleston for a fast-growing full-service law firm.
This full-time position, under the direction of an attorney will assist with:
- Commercial real estate closings
- Review title and survey
- Revise and review lease amendments
- Non-disturbance agreements and other documents
- Organize and maintain files
- Prepare closing documents.
