LHH is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for an exciting opportunity with a reputable firm located in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in handling all aspects of commercial real estate transactions
Draft and review contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents
Conduct title and survey reviews, due diligence, and zoning research
Coordinate closings, including preparing closing binders and managing post-closing documentation
Communicate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other third parties
Organize and maintain transaction files and documentation
Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transaction processes and documentation
Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment
