LHH is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for an exciting opportunity with a reputable firm located in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in handling all aspects of commercial real estate transactions

  • Draft and review contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents

  • Conduct title and survey reviews, due diligence, and zoning research

  • Coordinate closings, including preparing closing binders and managing post-closing documentation

  • Communicate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other third parties

  • Organize and maintain transaction files and documentation



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transaction processes and documentation

  • Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
