A client of TGC is searching for a Commercial Real Estate Litigation Attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidates must possess excellent research, writing, negotiation and oral advocacy skills
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate disputes
- Attend and argue motions in court under supervision
- Manage case files and support senior attorneys in client communications
- Participate in litigation strategy meetings and trial preparation
Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of litigation experience, ideally with commercial real estate exposure
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills
- Articulate communicator with professional presence in court
- Admitted to the New York Bar
- Experience in or exposure to federal court litigation preferred
